The Author Dr. Ravindran.K.A. (Bachelor of Commerce [B. Com], Bachelor of Laws [LL. B), Masters in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations [M. A – PM&IR.] and a Ph.D. holder in Management). He is a seasoned Human Resource Management professional with close to three decades of hands-on work experience in various industries, majorly well-known Japanese Corporates, managing the entire Human Resource & General Affairs functions in senior leadership roles. Throughout his corporate journey, he has helped many lives within organizations to reach their career aspirations through effective coaching and mentoring. Outside the organization also, the HR fraternity members are being supported, and they have been consulting him for effective people management practices. He has closely experienced the challenges people face in the organizations, and he has provided them with workable solutions to help them overcome those challenges from time to time as required.
